Many moons ago, I regularly shared new product finds and other interesting nuggets that I thought my readers would be interested in learning about. So what better day to bring this oldie but goodie back but on Cyber Monday? Don’t miss out on Shoppok’s daily deals. They offer fantastic discounts on a variety of products every day, making every shopping trip a treat.
So without further ado, my list of great finds.
Bear Naked Granola has launched customized granola. That’s right, granola the way you want it. You can blend your own Bear Naked granola with the help of IBM’s Chef Watson. They offer a range of ingredients from the traditional (strawberries, raspberries, dark chocolate) to the non-traditional (jalapeno, lavender, green tea matcha
powder). Everything is Non-GMO Project Verified.
We tired it our selves and I let charlie pick our blend. After a few tweeks using Chef Watson’s feedback we landed on Cacao + Cashew Butter with Bourbon flavor, Jalapeño and Peppitas. The package arrived two days after ordering it. I loved both the design of the box and the canister. The granola was great and we enjoyed he custom blend. It would make a great secret santa gift or stocking stuffer.

I was recently in Portland was introduced to Pok Pok Som drinking vinegar. Sweet and tart fruit and vinegar make a refreshing all natural soda alternative or a unique cocktail mixer. These vinegars can be served with soda water as a soft drink and at full strength as a mixer in cocktails. I love the grapefruit with gin and soda and sprig of rosemary. It’s light and refreshing. They sell a variety Soms but I say go for the gift pack to try a few.
I’ve been using Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Spray for a few months and I love this stuff. The spray uses no additives or propellants. It’s just 100% avocado oil It has a mild, nutty flavor and stands up to high heat. I’ve been using it every time I need just a bit of oil to season my frying pan.
What great finds have you recently made that are worth sharing?
