French Fries, hot and crisp right out of the fryer dipped into thick and tangy Heinz ketchup. Is that drool running down your chin just thinking about them? *sigh* Me too. They are so scrumptious. EVIL little bastards I tell you with 100 calories per measly ounce. Not waist line friendly, AT ALL. Which is why I love these easy to make Baked Spicy Parmesan Oven Fries. They are a quarter of the fat, half the calories and all the flavor.
Salty and crispy they are the perfect compliment to just about anything. They also make a fantastic snack when you feeling that urge to eat junk food. Honest moment here, sometimes I’ll bake up a batch and just eat them for dinner.
