For the most part I HATE bottled salad dressing. Bad bottled dressing can ruin a salad faster than Justin Bieber can ruin a hotel room on a Saturday night. I have a special distain for bottled ranch dressing. To me it tastes like creamy toxic waste..not that I’ve ever eaten creamy toxic waste, but it’s what I think it would taste like. Weird sludgy chemicals.
Since I hate bottled dressing I always make dressing from scratch. I especially love homemade ranch. Creamy, tangy, herby goodness. It makes any simple salad sing…DELICIOUS!
I especially this creamy low fat buttermilk ranch dressing because it not super thick so it doesn’t weigh down the vegetables.
