My ice cream machine has been getting a huge workout this month. I’ve been experimenting with flavors and textures. Some of my concoctions have been good and some spectacular. My favorite flavor combination thus far is ginger and peach. The sweet peaches compliment the spicy ginger and make a magical flavor combination. Every bite is a little sweet, a little spicy, cold and creamy.
Enjoy!
