Gaining 17 pounds in 2012 sucked. Dealing with tight jeans and waist bands that cut off my circulation is the daily aftermath of extra servings of dinner and cupcakes as a 3 PM snack. But as much as it sucks ( no better word in my vocabulary that I can think of at the moment), I have to look at bright side of things…
– I gained 17 lbs not 20 not 30 not 40
– My jeans are tight but I can still wiggle into them
– I can still walk, run, swim, bike and jump
The only thing to do is to lose the weight. There is no point in crying about. That is the thing about weight gain, there is a simple solution – lose weight.
Right, if it were only that simple.
