Last week I laced up my running shoes, picked up the couch to 5K program and headed back to the track. The plan was to run Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. That was the plan.
And then this happened!
Yes, friends that is one very bruised, swollen and painful sprained ankle.
Saturday night I missed a stair, fell and rolled on my ankle. Thankfully I’m on the mend and plan to get back in the game next week. On my week off I have focused on two things:
1. Meditation
2. Stretching
While I’m not running, I have been keeping my head in the running game. That has to count for something?
