I’d like to hit the rewind button. It was neither a good week nor a bad week but it wasn’t a healthy week. I’ll just say, I lost nothing. Well actually the first time I stepped on the scale I gained .2 then as I always do I stepped on again and it read that I lost .2. Third time is a charm, and the scale read zero change.
Goal for week 5, do what I was suppose to do week 4. Eat within my point, eat clean and hit the gym.
