So my little, “hide the scale” challenge did not work out so well for me in June. I flipping gained 4 lbs! (okay it was 6 but I lost two lbs the past week) But at least I’m not weighing myself 2-3 times a day. That was kind of the point of removing the scale from my bathroom in the first place. Needless to say, I have put my scale back in my bathroom as I await for my new scale to arrive (back order, I should have ordered from the site and paid the extra $10).
And after that poor news to report marathon training will be kicking up in July. I’ll be logging the miles and hopefully reporting some losses. I’d like to lose at least 20 lbs if not 30 before I run the marathon. I need to take advantage of the heat the first half of training to try to hit that goal. As the runs get longer and the miles build I know it gets harder to lose if I can even lose at all.
So without furher adieu here is what I wore in June and respective sizes. What did you like, didn’t like? Most flattering?

I really appreciate the white dress with tangerine belt and the white skirt top combo with the cardigan. As for the running, may it be enjoyable and may you have those unexpectedly wonderful running day weather moments where you wake up and it is just too nice outside to not go run!!! I think one of the biggest shocks I have had was when I gained weight while training for a 1/2!

My favorite is the navy dress. i also like the casual striped shirt with the rolled up jeans. I wore something very similar on the plane for our vacation in March. Very comfortable and looks pulled together at the same time. I think the black and white outfit in front of the colorful planters looks like it should be in a catalog! There’s just something about the composition.

My fave is the blue dress.
I am sorry to hear that you got some pounds back.
I ate so much this weekend I dont want to get on that scale either.

Overall I totally love your style – guess that’s why I return to visit often.
My favourite would be the Tahari dress and the Ann Taylor dress with sweater … least favourite the third outfit – possibly because I’m not a drawstring trousers fan.

Fashion-wise, I think June has been my favorite month yet! I cannot pick just one favorite, but my top picks are the orange stripe cardigan with white (ivory?) skirt, the coral dress looks, the purple dress, and the navy blue dress with gold buttons. In fact, that’s my pick for most flattering–your waist looks so tiny in that dress! Plus, what a classic style–I want that dress!
