They say the only run you will ever regret is the one that you didn’t run. I wasn’t feeling 100% on Sunday when I woke up, I’ve been fighting a summer cold since Thursday. But I showed up, feverish and feeling like crud.
My race can be summarized by my splits
Split #1 1.00 11:49 – I’m going to make and effort
Split #2 1.00 13:53 – I feel dizzy, I will run walk
Split #3 1.00 14:28 – I am dizzy and Hot, REALLY HOT, I MUST WALK! NOW
Split #4 0.10 12:10 – I just want this to be over!
