Pisser of a Day

Ever have one of those days? Not good, not bad,  just kind-of-a pisser?

My day started out okay…the coffee maker went off as programed as well as my iPhone alarm.  I got dressed and was on time.

I got to work realizing I did not take a cup of Joe with me…so I had to drink the swill in the cafeteria…indigestion commenced around a 1/2 hour later.

I then fired up email and read an email that my mom sent me.  My sister had to put her dog down last night.  RIP Pepper..may doggie heaven be filled with dog bones everywhere you can look and may there be NO hardwood floors to walk on.

My work day was uneventful other than the office was cold (urgent need of spray foam insulation)  and the shoes I wore were hurting my feet, thankfully I did little walking in them today.  After work, I headed to the gym.  On the way I stopped at two stores trying to find french rolls.  None of them had them.  I ended up having to go to the corner market to get them.

When I got to the gym I realized that I lost an earring.  New earrings…earrings that I really liked.  Well I’m glad I only paid 3 bucks for them on Clearance.

I ran on the crowded track tonight. 2.5 miles in my frees…cha ching! and a .25 cool down.

I then came home, made a great dinner (turkey meatball subs..yum. I will defiantly make them again and share the recipe.  I’m even thinking of changing meatloaf Mondays into meatball Mondays this year).  I now want ice cream but I’m trying to save my flex points for the weekend. 

Today was kind of a pisser of a day…as if having to return to work wasn’t enough, right?
