Most fruit on the bottom yogurts have a LOT of extra sugar added to them. Fruit on the bottom yogurt is really easy to make.
I use frozen fruit.
In a pot take 4 cups of frozen fruit…pick your pleasure: strawberries, peaches, berries, mango.. Add fruit to 1/4 cup of water, bring to a boil. Add 1 TBS of Sugar or Agave or Honey and 1 pinch of salt. Simmer for 45-60 minutes. The fruit will thicken and become a thick jam consistency.
Separate into individual jars.
The day you want to enjoy, top with plan Greek yogurt.
Mix and enjoy.

Oooo, any idea how long this fruit would last? This has definitely been something I have wanted to cut.

Jen it lasted a over a week. As long as you put your containers are sanitized (I use my dishwasher cycle) and you don’t lick the spoon as your putting the fruit in the jars, it should stay for 2 weeks.
