My Goals last year was singular…
run faster.
- PR my 1/2 marathon
- PR my best 5K
- lose weight so I’m not lugging my extra baggage.
- Run a 5K in or under 30 minutes
- Take my pace from 12:30 to a solid 11
I was plagued with plantar fasciitis all year long. To put it simply its SUCKED.
I ran the lowest amount of mileage that I have in 4 years. My only success was I rejoined Weight Watchers and am at my lowest weight in 4 years. I also seem to have stopped the 10 lbs gain/lose cycle I was in for 11 months.
So What are my goals for next year? I have three pretty simple ones:
1. Eat less, move more and get to my goal weight
2. Quit slacking off on my blogging of my 365 day no new clothing challenge
3. Better time management and getting my “to lists” done (in other words stop procrastinating)
