I did 3 miles on the dreadmill tonight. Its been a week since I really did any exercise so I broke it down.
15 min jog 13:19
3 min walk 14:30
8 min run 11:00
3 min walk 14:30
5 min jog 13:19
5 min walk – with 6 lbs weights 14:30
3 min run 11:00
5 min walk -with 6 lbs weights 14:30
3 min run 11:00
1 min walk 14:30
It was suppose to be a 3 mile easy jog but I was listening to my music and got motivated to go faster…so I did. It felt good to run tonight. And…my feet felt good.
My only issue was I..um..yeah..ate some taco dip with beans before I ran. So yeah..I should probably say sorry to the gal who was next to me.
