Ingredients
  • 4 cup milk your preference skim, 1%, 2% or Whole
  • 4 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract I like using Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until combined, about 30 seconds.
  3. Refrigerate if you not consumed immediately.
  4. Enjoy!
