Summertime is around the corner and so are roof deck cocktails on warm summer nights. With summer on the way now is the the time to put away heavy boozy cocktails and replace them with light and fresh sippers. I’ve been experimenting with vermouth and fruit juice lately trying to craft cocktails that are not too sweet but are still fruity and refreshing.
I created this cocktail one night when we hosted a small dinner party and beer share with a lot of sour beers on the tasting menu (not a fan). While the beer connoisseurs were sampling lambics and guesses, I was sipping this libation. Forewarning, this drink goes down easy, is a thirst quencher and then catches up to you. Try you best to sip!
