In reflection twenty fifteen was a pretty good year, I traveled frequently, I ate great food regularly, worked hard and routinely spent time with family and friends. As I reflect back on the year, it was a solid year that I feel has laid the foundation for making 2016 a great, if not Epic, year. It’s been a while since I’ve felt this excited about what is to come and I’m very excited to share all that life throws my with you.
I’m also really excited to share a new blog series that I’m starting this year called “In the kitchen with.” In this series I will be exploring other peoples kitchens. To give you a taste of what’s to come, I’ll be cooking Filipino and Polish food friends. I’ll also be making real deal deep dish pizza with an expert and life long neighbor. My first installment will be on the blog this week. So keep a look out for the post “In the kitchen with Kristine Carlos Lewis.” I promise it will not disappoint.
