So I have been at a plateau for over a month trying to hit my 10%, gain .5, lose .2, lose .5, gain .2…..and on and on and on.
After last weeks weigh-in I decided to take a “mini-break” from being “on plan” at weight watchers. One week to be exact. I’m hoping that I can kick start my metabolism when I start back up on Saturday. So after four days of eating “normal”, I’ve been tracking and going over my points around 10 per day eating around 35 points: I feel BLOATED. I’m sure its my food choices, Turkey Joes, Mac & Cheese, Shamrock Shake, Swedish fish and meatballs last night. Nonetheless, I feel like an orca. So when looking for something to wear today, I didn’t want anything tight or clingy. I didn’t want to wear panythose or tights. I was looking for comfort.
Thus, a loose blouse and a pair of black trousers was what my ass ordered. I actually have on a pair of high heal slingback that I’m wearing at work.
