This is one of my favorite breakfasts. Its a cross between an English breakfast and a Mexican delight.
1/4 cup of beans (homemade smashed beans black beans are good too)
1 eggs fried with the yolk a little runny cooked in coconut oil
1/4 sliced green pepper (red, yellow or orange are good too)
1/4 avocado
sprinkled cilanto
Delicious and filling.
