My butt was up at 5 am to go to 6 am spin. LUCKILY I read the email sent by my friends that I was going to meet telling me that she wasn’t going to make it. So my butt went back to bed for an hour. At 6 am I rose and joyfully skipped the gym (spring like weather in JANUARY will do that to you). I had a great spin class. After class as I pulled my clothes out of my bag and realized that I forgot a KEY undergarment, my bra. As I was contemplating how to freshen up my jog bra (baby powder and a blow dryer) I realized that I also forgot my laptop. So back home I went.
Then today, I decided to take the stair to a meeting and forgot my key card and phone at my desk. The stairwells are locked for safety purposes. While contemplating if I should walk down the stairs to the lobby, someone came down the stairs and let me in.
Then tonight, I made stir-fry and left out the red pepper that I specifically bought to go IN the stir-fry.
I really need to REMEMBER to take my vitamins. Clearly I’m lacking B12.
