For me, a chocolate smoothie is the perfect afternoon sweet treat pick-me-up. This chocolate delight has zero added sugar. It is sweetened with fiber rich dates and ripe ripe banana. If you eat your vitamins, that vitamin flavor is almost undetectable.
Add a scoop of protein powder and this smoothie makes a great post workout meal.
Ingredients:
1 Ripe Banana
1 tablespoon Hershey Unsweetened Cocoa
1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
3 Pitted Medjool Dates
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
4 ice cubes
1 package Organic Life Vitamins (optional)
makes 1 serving
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
