Not much of an update since its taken me 4 weeks to do 2 weeks of the C25K. But so far so good, foot feels okay after a day or two or rest after a C25K workout. I tried running two days in a row, but my foot was sore; not from the PF but from not running for almost 6 months.
I’ve been trying to FARTLEK my runs in hopes of not starting out with a snails pace 5K. Try is the key word in that sentence.
